AGING: 4 months in steel tanks after which bottling takes place
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%
COLOR: Straw yellow color
NOSE: This wine has got a fruit bouquet of pear and melon, hint of Mediterranean herb and a saline note
TASTE: Tasty and fresh, with a good persistence
PAIRING: It pairs best with appetisers, first and main courses from sea and vegetable. s white meat with delicate flavours. It could be also pairing with eggs and delicate cured meat
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C

NOSE: Hints that range between orange and citrus , white peach and delicate notes of spices

PAIRING: It pairs best with appetisers, first and main courses from sea, white meat with delicate flavours

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14%
COLOR: Rubin-red
NOSE: Intense and warm, with hints of plum and sweet spices
TASTE: An excellent balance of tannins and acidity and a well- integrated oak character on the palate
PAIRING: Particularly suitable with grilled meats and with good seasoning cheeses, also ideal for elaborate and intense meat dishes, mushroom and game dishes
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18-20 °C

AGING: 12 months in French oak barrels before being bottled
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14%
COLOR: Intense garnet red color
NOSE: Persistent and elegant, with hints of ripe fruit and spicy notes
TASTE: Warm and ethereal , full bodied, has soft and ripe tannins on the palate
PAIRING: This wine pairs wonderfully with first courses of meat sauce, roasts, red meats and seasoned cheeses
