GRAPE VARIETY: Catarratto BIO 100%
SOIL: Clay
CULTIVATION METHOD: Guyot
VINIFICATION: Controlled temperatures between 18° C and 20° C degrees using selected yeasts
AGING: Maturation in contact with fine lees in stainless steel for four months. Batonage (stirring) and at least 2 months resting in the bottle
WINE TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow color , this wine has got notes that recall citrus and white flowers. the end is soft and persistent.
